Living Well:
A Wellness Group for restoring life balance
A 5-week holistic wellness program for adults seeking life-balance across mind, body, heart, and spirit.
The Wellness Group is a weekly therapeutic space designed for adults navigating life stress, burnout, emotional imbalance, and the search for greater life-balance. The program is founded on a simple but powerful understanding: when balance is present across the domains of a whole life, healing, growth, and wellness emerge naturally.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, the group works with the whole person — mental experience, physical wellbeing, emotional life, and the deeper sense of meaning and connection that gives life direction. Across a five-week curriculum, each session explores one domain, building toward an integrated picture of the self as a whole system in balance.
-
Adults navigating life stress, burnout, or a sense of imbalance
Those struggling with emotional regulation and the weight of difficult feelings
Those searching for meaning, purpose, or a sense of where life is leading
Anyone seeking a regular therapeutic space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build the conditions for wellness to emerge

The program weaves together four complementary elements:
Live online teaching session (1 hour, weekly) — psychoeducation grounded in the week's domain. Sessions are recorded for participants who can't attend live.
In-person process group (90 minutes, weekly) — grounding practices, experiential and somatic work, reflective mapping, and supported group process.
Reflective mapping exercises — a signature element of the program, helping participants build awareness of the aspects of self and how they fit into an integrated whole.
Group therapeutic process — guided discussion and shared reflection in a supported, confidential space.

Week 1 — Holistic Wellness An introduction to the holistic framework that grounds the program: balance as the condition from which wellness emerges, and an overview of the four domains and how they interrelate.
Week 2 — Mind Becoming mindful of how thoughts shape our experience. Noticing automatic thinking patterns, and developing awareness of the narratives and core beliefs at play in our lives — including the ones that, in trying to solve a problem, have quietly become part of it.
Week 3 — Body The nervous system and the care of the body. Exploring window of tolerance and capacity, and the foundational practices — nutrition, movement, sleep hygiene, restorative activities — that support a regulated, resilient nervous system.
Week 4 — Heart Emotions are often experienced as too loud or too painful, and so we silence, suppress, avoid, judge, or fear them — but in doing so, they only grow louder, like an ignored child. This week explores the purpose of emotions, our relationship to them, and the practice of meeting them as messengers signaling unmet needs.
Week 5 — Spirit Meaning, values, and connection: the dimension of life concerned with what gives our days depth and direction. Held broadly and accessibly, this week explores values clarification, sources of meaning, and our sense of connection to self, others, and something larger.
