I am a professionally registered & insured Calgary-based counselling therapist specializing in Nature-based and experiential approaches. Fluent in a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, I provide consistent, goal-oriented care for anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and other life challenges. I am looking to bring that care somewhere it matters — a practice that puts people genuinely first.
